Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the booked session will be able to reschedule without extra fee. Otherwise, the full booked session fee will be charged, 20% off is offered to reschedule the session though. For the case of a true, unavoidable emergency, 10% handling fee maybe required for reschedule.
